Rodger Embury, The President and Owner of Rock & Water Creations, started the company over 30 years ago and built it into one of the premier water feature installation companies in the country by utilizing his unique molds and world class customer service. His creative artistry led him to the idea of developing a monument out of GFRC for his father when he passed over twenty years ago, which still stands today in a cemetery in southern Oregon.
